One of the neatest features I saw in the reviews was that the crumb tray is removable so that you can clean it easy.  Many people report that the toast stays warmer being down a bit once it's done until you lift the lever to remove it.  Overall this is a great toaster for the money, it looks good, it's easy to clean and it gets the job done right.  Nobody likes to start their day off with burnt toast!

The reviews on this toaster say that it is no good for toasting English muffins because they come out either too brown on the edges or they aren't toasted enough.   Others say that it works better on bagels than other toasters do.

The reviews on this four slice toaster tells me that it works great on anything you could possibly ever want to toast.  The only really bad point anyone made was that the latch breaks fairly easy and doesn't want to lock down for the toasting cycle.  If you decide to buy this toaster keep that in mind when using it and be easy on the locking lever.
